Services Provided

M.A.R.S. Stellar Enterprises provides life coaching, relationship coaching, family coaching, and motivational speaking services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

No Professional Advice / No Therapy Disclaimer

Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Coaching is not a substitute for professional services from licensed practitioners.

Booking, Payments, Refunds

Payment is required to reserve coaching sessions. We offer:

• Pay-per-session options
• Discounted coaching packages
• Refunds available within 14 days for unused services

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Complete any agreed-upon assignments
• Communicate openly and honestly

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

M.A.R.S. Stellar Enterprises is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from coaching services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
